Congratulations to Laura and Marisa, winners of SFC’s 2011 Office of the Year award for offering personal loans in Statesboro, GA! January marks a double-victory for this incredible team whose personable yet efficient approach to lending earned their fourth Office of the Month Award in December and netted them a larger victory: Office of the Year!
Although winning Office of the Month multiple times during a year doesn’t mean you’ll earn Office of the Year, Statesboro’s four victories in 2011 were an excellent indicator of just how special and effective this team is. A point system determines which branch wins Office of the Year and the Statesboro office came through 2011 with flying colors and the winning score.
When asked how they did it, Laura told us that it might have something to do with the volume of customers they help. By being a smaller office, they are able to assist their customers personally and on an individualized basis while also being able to service their accounts with a high degree of efficiency.
Their delightful personalities and the comforting environment they create don’t hurt, either! It’s always easy to share in the festive spirit and feel incredibly welcome in their office, which they consistently and joyfully take the time to decorate for holidays. Plus, being part of a small community, they have the pleasure of knowing most of their customers by name upon arrival.
Something they were very excited about in December was the opportunity to give so many loans for Christmas. Laura and Marisa feel great about being able to help their neighbors give their children the Christmas morning they deserved even when money was tight. Being able to offer personal loans in Statesboro, GA for reasons like that make the work they do very rewarding.
To celebrate winning Office of the Month, Laura and Marisa were treated to lunch at a location of their choice and they reported enjoying steaks from a local steak & seafood favorite, Crabby Joe’s.
For winning Office of the Year, they received what they’ve been giving their customers all year - some financial wiggle room, but in the form of a bonus!
